  • We send you all the necessary paperwork to sign
  • You are legally required to have a current EPC certificate. If you do not have one we can easily organise one for you.
  • We aim for a 24 Hour turn-around time from shooting to marketing. We can have you live on our website and portals almost immediately.

  • Upon your acceptance of the offer; a Memorandum of Sale will be sent to all parties.

  • Your buyer’s solicitor will request local searches.
  • You will agree a suitable date for the exchange of contracts
  • We will be assisting all the parties to keep up the momentum and we will keep you informed at every step of the way.

  • Your buyer, or his lender will appoint a Surveyor, usually via the mortgage broker.
  • Structural integrity of the building + its value
  • Mortgage offers will be issued once lender requirements are satisfied
Exchange of contracts

Exchange of contracts

  • Your solicitor will notify you when the contract is ready to be signed.
  • You will then agree a suitable date for completion of the deal.
Completion

  • Just make sure you have the keys and relevant documentation to hand so that you may pass them across.
