  • Any offer must be submitted in writing, at which point it which will be discussed with the landlord.

  • Our tenancy progression team will take you through the renting process which will include collecting references, initial payments and signing the tenancy agreement

  • You will need to provide us with referencing information on a standard form.
  • Please note that we can only accept tenants that have received suitable references.
